The Product Development Centre is led by Mr. Chu Hai Ha. Design interpretation, pattern engineering, sole tooling direction and material sourcing sit together, so a change in one workstream is answered by the others in the same loop.
Where development sits
Gates 01–06 of the eight-gate programme.
The Product Development Centre owns the first six gates of the same programme shown on the homepage — brief, design, development, sampling, engineering and confirmation. Gates 07 and 08, bulk production and partnership review, are handled by manufacturing and quality.
