Dong Hung Footwear Group was formed as a group structure bringing together Hiep Tri Shoes, Duy Hung Shoes and Dong Hung Industry Joint Stock Company.

Factory 2 of Hiep Tri Shoes established in Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, producing and exporting women's fashion footwear.

Factory 3 of Hiep Tri Shoes established in Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City, designing, producing and selling product (ODM).

Dong Hung Industry Joint Stock Company founded in Tan Dong Hiep A Industrial Park, Di An, Binh Duong — designing, producing and selling fashion, vulcanised and semi-athletic footwear.
