In-line checkpoints
Cutting, stitching, lasting and finishing carry their own checkpoints, so defects are caught at the operation that created them.
Final random inspection
Finished cartons inspected on an agreed sampling plan before packing and export documentation are closed.
Corrective action
Findings are fed back into engineering and development so the same defect does not return in the next production run.
